Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Creative Project executive to work, contribute and execute content and design projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both content creation and graphic design, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires a hands-on approach, as the Creative Project Executive will be responsible for both working, contributing to the creative work and overseeing the project timeline, budget, and team collaboration.
Job Context:
Project Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute content and design projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Develop and manage project schedules, track progress, and identify potential roadblocks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Manage project resources, including freelancers and external vendors, as needed.
Job Responsibility:

Content Creation: Contribute to the development of compelling and engaging content, including written copy, blog posts, social media content, and marketing materials. Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency with brand voice.
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and impactful designs for various projects, including websites, landing pages, social media graphics, and marketing collateral. Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines and overall aesthetic.
Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of content creators and designers, providing guidance and support. Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring team members have the resources and information they need to succeed. Foster a collaborative and creative environment within the team.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Design, Project Management).
Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, content creation, and graphic design. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (All Social media's, Google Ads, Analytics, FB ads, Design software's, etc..)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Canva etc.) or similar design software.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and project management software.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work, contribute and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
Academic Qualification:
Experience :
- At least 2 – 3 years.
- Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview.
