Job Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented MA to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will take ownership of various digital marketing activities, including content creation, client communication, campaign execution, and reporting. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving engagement, lead generation, and overall marketing success for our clients.

Digital Marketing Campaign Execution:

  • Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
    Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and report on results.
    Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously refine campaign strategies.

    Content Creation & Client Communication: Develop compelling and engaging content in both English and Vietnamese, tailored to specific target audiences and platforms.
    Design and post creative assets (visuals, graphics, etc.) that enhance content appeal and drive engagement.
    Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and fostering strong relationships.

Planning, Strategy, & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
    Take initiative in gathering client updates and follow-ups, ensuring seamless project execution.
    Prepare reports that effectively communicate campaign performance and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
    Client Data & Administrative Support: Maintain meticulous records of client data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    Prepare contacts and manage client databases to facilitate efficient communication and targeted marketing efforts.
    Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed, contributing to a smooth workflow.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
    Utilize SEO strategies to enhance website visibility.
    Contribute to social media content creation and engagement.
    Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared marketing goals.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, demonstrating proficiency in content creation, graphics design, social media marketing, and campaign execution.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
    Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Coral etc..) for creating visually appealing content.
    Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Global platforms) and reporting.
    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
